Cotton fleece
Made in Troyes, a French city famous for its textiles, cotton fleece is one of agnès b.’s favourite materials. In particular, she uses it for her iconic snap cardigans. Thick, soft and comfortable, fleece is absorbent and warm. The napped reverse feels velvety soft.

Cotton jersey knit
Made in France, this fine cotton jersey knit is an essential fabric in the agnès b. collections. From the 'Bonneterie Troyenne' factory, a mark of quality and authenticity, this high-quality natural fabric provides a beautiful result thanks to the combed cotton. The flexible knit combined with the softness of the cotton makes this fabric very comfortable to wear. It is knitted on the only machines remaining in Europe dedicated to circular ribbed edge knitting, by our French supplier based in Troyes, who has partnered with agnès b. since 1982.

Dip-dyed lamb leather
Dip-dyed full grain lambskin is considered one of the finest forms of leather. The colour is produced by dip-dyeing, rather than treatments or finishes on the surface, meaning the leather can breathe and age while remaining smooth and supple. Dip-dyed full grain lambskin requires skins without marks or blemishes, and only perfect specimens are selected for this treatment. All the lambskin used for agnès b. collections comes from France or elsewhere in Europe.

Mongolia cashmere
agnès b. travels to Mongolia to select this cashmere for her collections. Buying directly from nomadic farmers makes the most of their traditional knowledge and skills and shortens the supply chain. Every spring for generations, these goatherds have meticulously combed the silky fleeces of their cashmere goats. We use only the cashmere with the longest fibres, avoiding the risk of pilling. Cashmere gets more and more beautiful with every wash.
