E-reservation

I reserve online, then try and pay in store! This service is only available in France, as we do not have stores in the rest of Europe.

How does that work?

1. On my item page I chose "pick up in store":
  • if I already registered my favorite shop*, I chose "pick-up in store", the item is added to my cart
  • if I do not have a favorite shop, I click on “pick-up in store”, I choose my store, then click on “pick-up in store” to validate my choice, the item is added to my cart
2. I validate my reservation in my cart, I do not pay anything
3. In 2 hours I receive an e-mail and SMS from the store which confirms that the item is available
4. I have 2 business days to come to the store, try on and purchase if I am satisfied with it!

Please note: the choice or change of stores can modify the items’ availability.

* : to save my favorite shop, I go to my account, in the section « my favorite shop ». Then I select the shop I want to save and click on « more details », I click on the heart next to “favorite shop”. This choice will be saved for future visits.

I can cancel my reservation at any time by clicking on the confirmation e-mail, or via my account.



Pick-up in store

I order and pay online, and come picking-up my order in store.

How does that work?

2. I validate and pay my order online
3. I have 10 business days to come to the store to pick-up my order.
