agnès b. + JITENSHA

JITENSHA is the Japanese word for "bicycle". JITENSHA is also a French bicycle brand inspired by the Japanese world and lifestyle. Its bicycles are designed, assembled, and tested in France, near Annecy.

This blend of cultures appealed to agnès b., who teamed up with JITENSHA to mark the 40th anniversary of the agnès b. brand in Japan.

Through this collaboration, the two houses are offering two bicycle models, one for women (the "Paris" bicycle) and the other for men (the "Tokyo" bicycle). The models, developed by JITENSHA, are customized by agnès b., its logo and its famous black and white stripes.

The "Paris" and "Tokyo" bicycles are available in mechanical or electric versions and can be ordered in certain agnès b. points of sale stores, in the JITENSHA showroom at 20 Rue de Thorigny, 75003 Paris and on the Jitensha website.

Through this collaboration, agnès b. is also affirming its commitment to the fight against climate change and for soft mobility, an ecological alternative to the use of combustion- powered vehicles!

JITENSHA

The Japanese art of living has inspired JITENSHA's search for the essential, for purity and elegance, which is the brand's style: sober choices, branding reduced to the essentials, for bikes that are as elegant as they are minimalist.

JITENSHA reflects the belief that the bicycle is and increasingly will be, a great solution for urban mobility, and a commitment to a sustainable environment, through smaller, more responsible companies.
